Sustainable Soccer - An investigation into the sustainability within football.
This university project was the first part of my FMP, where we had to choose a topic of our interests to investigate. As an avid football fan I wanted to investigate a topic within the sport, and as it is a current issue I decided to look into the environmental and economic sustainability in football. I used a mix of both primary and secondary research to discover how clubs are run and the impact they have, as well as the impact on fans. I split the project into 3 areas; clubs, kits and fans. I then investigated the correlation between desirability vs sustainability within football.
